Returns Policy

Email us with the problem and we may be able to fix
the issue with out sending back the whole lamp.

The lamp has a 14 Days return policy and the item
should be returned in the original box and wrapped
with the bubble wrap so no damage happens on the
return journey.

Send back sign-for postage trackable
and insured for loss.
